Ordering & payment

How do I place an order?

Add compounds to your basket and complete checkout. We confirm stock and email an invoice with payment details. Your order is dispatched once payment clears.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, card via a secure payment link, and Open Banking. Options are shown on your invoice.

Do you supply institutions in bulk?

Yes. Contact us with the compounds and quantities you need and we'll send a quotation.

Can I amend or cancel an order?

Yes, until it has been dispatched. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.

Products & testing

Are your products for human use?

No. Everything we sell is a laboratory reagent for in-vitro research. Nothing is for human or veterinary use, and we don't provide dosing or usage advice. By ordering you confirm a genuine research purpose.

How is purity verified?

Each lot is tested by an independent laboratory: HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity. Lots below our 99% purity floor are never listed.

How do I find the certificate for my order?

Find the EX lot code on your vial label, then look it up on our COAs page or email us the code and we'll send the PDF.

What form do peptides arrive in?

As a lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in a crimp-sealed vial, which keeps them stable in transit.

Delivery & storage

Where do you dispatch from?

All orders are packed and dispatched from within the United Kingdom on a tracked service.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Orders paid before the daily cut-off are dispatched the same working day. Most UK deliveries arrive in 1–2 working days.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Outer packaging is plain, with no product names or branding.

How should I store vials?

Sealed, at −20 °C and away from light. Let a vial reach room temperature before opening it.
